Toronto Hydro display at 2009 Green Living Show

Toronto Hydro tasked my partners and I at beacon with creating their 2009 Green Living Show presence.

From the mind of Stephen Briggs sprung two large structures which would serve as the center of the space. The larger of the two was modelled after a carbon buckyball.

We were given a set of facts that TH wanted to inform their visitors with. I translated them into visuals, then silkscreened them on large wooden boards mounted around the space. A few of them were so big I had to tile my largest screen several times to compose the image.

Stephen also devised a scavenger hunt to engage younger visitors. Facts were printed on each animal.

Mark created the plethora of printed materials handed out to visitors (I have no samples, sorry).

A special mention goes out to Al Massicotte for building Stephen’s vision. As an extra challenge, it had to break down and re-assemble for transport.
