Using a participant-informed approach to create resources for newcomers.
Posters advertised surveys which identified barriers faced by visible minority newcomer women in Grey Bruce. Results from the survey were used to develop and test programs, and create the set of booklets you see below.

everyone belongs
In March 2023, WCGB received funding for work on a social enterprise business plan. The result of that plan is Everyone Belongs — an invitation to the community, as well as a social impact network. A strategic report was prepared to announce the change.
A new website was created to champion the organization’s goals.
Visitors input their text and image via a custom front-end form. After approval by a site admin, the story gets posted to a chronologically sorted feed.

The website was updated with unique content promoting the event, nominations and ticket sales.
